Reviews

A charming story that challenges gender stereotypes by encouraging boys to dance, accessorize, and most importantly, express emotion. Think of it as an introduction to confronting toxic masculinity!  Free to Be Incredible Me is a perfect addition to any inclusive library.

We need more of these books – books challenging gender stereotypes and empowering children to be their fullest self, whatever that may look like, especially books that also portray people of color.⁣
